I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in individual, adolescent, couples, family and group therapy, and maintain a private practices in Bellevue and Tacoma WA.

With over 14 years experience as a mental health counselor and as a graduate of Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, I am currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of patients. Among my areas of expertise are codependence/coaddiction, trauma, abuse, grief recovery, depression, anxiety, adolescent issues, conflict resolution, career consultation, and interpersonal relational issues.
